A vodka flavored with urban honey from the roofs of the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac<br>and Quebec saffron, hand-grown by artisan Micheline Sylvestre.
1 1/2 oz Pure Vodka Autographe Edition 02
3/4 oz Salers gentian aperitif
3/4 oz Pierre Ferrand Curaçao bitter orange liqueur
3/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino cherry pit liqueur
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
Garnishes: a slice of dehydrated orange and a fresh cherry.
In a shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except garnish and shake vigorously.
Strain into a glass and add crushed ice.

The idea came up to collaborate with the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac team to promote the unique, local and sustainable urban honey grown on the roof of this iconic Quebec City hotel. Perched one hundred feet above the St. Lawrence River, the beehives of Marc Lucas, a pioneer in urban beekeeping, have been producing honey on the roofs of this famous hotel for several years. The Fairmont Le Château Frontenac's mixology and catering team worked closely with the Pur Vodka team to develop the final product, making it a true co-creation. This blend is then married with a touch of Quebec saffron, hand-grown by artisan Micheline Sylvestre, giving this flavored vodka its sublime golden color.
Its bright golden color vibrates between power and elegance. A perfect balance between the roundness
of Pur Vodka, the sweetness of honey and subtle notes of saffron. To be enjoyed on its own, on ice,
or with a hint of freshly squeezed Ruby red grapefruit juice, or in a cocktail.
