For this first edition of the Autograph series, the idea came up to collaborate with Michel Jodoin, a true pioneer in the revival of the international cider industry. Representing the fourth generation of apple growers in the Jodoin family, established in Rougemont since 1901 and introduced to cider making by his father and grandfather, Michel was the first to obtain a microdistillery license in Canada in 1999. Today, the Geneva® apple is featured in many of their products and is the company's trademark. It is a distinctive red-fleshed variety with an electrifying liveliness and a hint of bitterness. Too few, however, understand its unique character. The objective of Pur Vodka Autographe Edition 01 is to help people discover this true gem, for which Quebec is the world's leading producer.
